Michael Vaughn Brown

Michael Vaughn Brown died at White Oak Medical Center in Silver Spring, MD, on June 19, 2022. He was born Monday, November 9, 1964, in Pregnitz Germany. Michael graduated from Smithsburg High School in 1982. He served in the Navy as an air traffic controller. He drove a truck for many years, and finally, a teacher at a truck driving school. He is survived by his mother Martha Brown Lynch, sister, Elaine Snyder, of Smithsburg, MD, daughter, Jessica Brown, and four grandchildren, of NC, niece, Christie Phillips and spouse Jason, and nephew, Jon D. Snyder, of Smithsburg, MD. The family will receive friends at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, Thursday June 23, 2022, from 5-7 pm. A Short Memorial service will follow at 7 pm with Pastor Jim Johnson officiating. Arrangements were made by J.L.
