Michael Eugene Keller passed away peacefully, Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Doey’s House in Hagerstown, Maryland.
He was born on March 30, 1953, in Smithsburg, MD. Michael was the son of the late Harry and Virginia (Albright) Keller.
Mike graduated from Smithsburg High school in 1971 and continued his education at the University of Maryland.
He started his upholstery career as an upholstery teacher at the Maryland Correction Institution. Mike started his own upholstery business, M.A.K. Upholstery, and continued mastering upholstery while sharing and teaching others his amazing talent. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. His sense of humor brought so much joy to everyone around him. He loved spending time with family, playing cards, visiting the Chesapeake Bay, and crabbing.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Laura Keller; daughter April (Keller) Barker and her husband Adam; son Jason Keller and his wife Beth; step-daughter Jamy (Johnson) Conrad and her husband Ryan; step-son Zachary Johnson; 12 grandchildren; sister Teresa Wiles and her husband Bob; brother Gregory Keller and his wife Denise; nieces Kellie and Stephanie Trumpower and Ashley Keller, and many family members and friends. He is preceded in death by sister Linda Hartle and her husband Sid.
A celebration of life will take place at Antietam Brewery on Saturday, November 15th from 1-5pm.
