Nancy Lee (Rowland) Lewis

Nancy Lee Lewis, 77, of Hagerstown, MD, entered eternal rest, Monday, March 11, 2019 at Hospice of Washington County, Doey’s House, of Hagerstown. Born Monday, November 10, 1941 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late John Wilson Rowland, Sr. and Pearl Elizabeth (Stevens) Rowland of Williamsport, MD. She was a graduate of Boonsboro High School class of 1960. She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church and a member of Williamsport Redmen Tribe#84. She worked for Dr. Hazylett for 25 years and Dr. Netzell until she retired. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Homer H. Lewis, Jr., step granddaughter, Rachel Lewis, step great-granddaughter, Kiley E. Macturk, step great-grandsons, Dylan Short and Aiden Fishel, sisters, Doris Elliott of Hagerstown, Donna Martin of Greencastle, Rosie Baker of Williamsport, Dollie Hose of Clear Spring, Carol Parks of South Carolina, and Carolyn Binkley of Clear Spring, brothers, John Rowland, Jr., Theodore Rowland, Steve Rowland and Jack Rowland all of Williamsport. She was preceded in death by brothers, Patrick Rowland and Arthur Rowland and step son, Darren Lewis. Services will be announced at a later date.
