Patsy Ann (Flook) Kline

Patsy Ann Kline, 78, of Wolfsville, MD, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Kline Hospice House, Mt. Airy, MD, surrounded by loving family.

Born on October 29, 1946 at home in Middletown MD, she was the daughter of the late Elsie Evelyn (Griffith) and Clarence Albert Flook.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Brother in Law, Eddie Cline.

Patsy started working at McCrory's and worked there for 5 years, she worked 5 years for Hanover Shoe Company. She spent 34 years working at K-Mart and advanced to Store Manager until she retired when the store closed.

Patsy enjoyed putting together photo albums and scrap booking.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Alvey "Dean" Kline; Sons, Randy Kline of Wolfsville, MD; Jeffrey Kline, Sr. of Winchester, VA; and Jason Kline and wife, Michelle, of Wolfsville, MD; Grandchildren, Tyler Kline, Jeffrey Kline, Jr., and Jodecy Calloway; Great Grandson, Braycen; Sisters, Juanita Cline, Rebecca Mills (Lloyd), Esther Schroyer (Dave); Brothers, David Flook (Debbie) and Danny Flook; and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

A funeral service will be held Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11 AM at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave. Smithsburg, MD 21783 with Lloyd Mills (Brother in Law) officiating. Interment will follow in Grossnickle Church Cemetery, Myersville, MD.

Family will receive friends two hours prior.
