Pearl Marie Heffner

Pearl Marie Cosgrove, 89 of Hagerstown MD passed away Wednesday April 16, 2025, at Suburban Hospital, Bethesda MD.

Born on February 29, 1936, in Cearfoss MD, she was the daughter of the late Harry M. and Minerva I. Householder Cosgrove.  She is also the last of the 12 Cosgrove siblings from her family.

Pearl’s career was in Nursing as an L.P.N.  She’s survived by two children, Son, Carl F. Evans Jr. of Hagerstown MD., Daughter, Donna J. Evans of Williamsport MD.  Grandson Brian Keith Waggner of Symra TN.  Granddaughter Carla Evans of Bellmarw NJ.  Close daughter Donna L. Domer of Hagerstown MD.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Diane L, Evans. Three Grandsons Michael L. Evans, Carl F. Evans III of Hagerstown MD., Bradley W. Waggner of Symra TN. Four Sisters; Dorothy Fishack of Smithsburg MD., Mary A. Powell, Pauline M. Pryor of Hagerstown MD., Bessie Smith of Fort Richie PA., Six Brothers; Harry L. Cosgrove, Harold J. Cosgrove, John Cosgrove, Paul Cosgrove, Earl Cosgrove Charles E. Cosgrove of Hagerstown MD., James R. Cosgrove of Petersburg VA.

A private viewing was held April 19, 2025, at Davis Funeral Home in Smithsburg MD.
Burial Services will be on April 26, 2025.
