ROBERT VINCENT KLINGER, JR.

Robert V. Klinger, Jr 61 of Hagerstown, MD passed away unexpectedly on Thursday,

July 25, 2024, at the Meritus Medical Center. Bob was born on October 2, 1962, in

Ashland, Pa. He was the son of Connie and the late Robert V. Klinger, Sr. who

preceded him in death in January of this year.

In addition to his mother, Bob is survived by his brothers Richard (Tina), Raymond (Sheri), and Ronald, nephews

Michael (Olivia), Ashton (Ashlie) and niece Adasen (Freddy), four great-nephews and

a great-niece.

He graduated from Smithsburg High School in 1980 and from Shippensburg University

In 1987 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, attending concerts, listening to music by his favorite group, The Grateful

Dead, socializing with his many friends and was a lifelong fan of the Miami Dolphins.

The family will receive friends at the J.L. Davis Funeral Home in Smithsburg, MD

On Friday, August 9 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Interment will be held at a later date.
