It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our mom, Robin Gale (Fisher) Scott.
Robin, 67, entered into the arms of our Heavenly Father on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at her home in Sabillasville, MD.
Born March 9, 1957, in Wolfesville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Fisher and Julia (Mellott) Kline.
Robin married her late husband, Richard D. Scott, who was the love of her life, on September 9, 1980. They had a beautiful, one-of-a-kind love; and as our hearts hurt, it brings us comfort to know you are now reunited at last. We can only image how wonderful your reunion was in heaven.
Robin worked at Tahiti Sun Tanning Salon, as a receptionist, for 20 years.
Everyone who knew Robin loved her, she was always the life of the party.
We are blessed that she was able to attend, special grandson Tristan's Wedding, where just a few weeks earlier, she was able to show off her dance moves.
Robin was small, but feisty, and when it came to protecting her family, our small courageous mom, was fierce.
She loved going to dinner and shopping with her granddaughter, Hope.
Robin also found joy in birds, flowers, and snow.
So, at winter, whenever you see a wonderland of snow, think of Robin.
Robin is survived by her daughter, Penny S. (Kline) Rice and special son-in-law, Russell Rice, beloved son, Richard D. Scott, Jr. and Fiancé Brandi Buffington, grandchildren, Tristan Rice (Adrianna), Hope Rice, Aaliyah Scott, and Grayson Scott, brothers, Terry Fisher, Johnny Fisher, Milton Kline (Christy), special sister and best friend, Julie Barnhart (David), numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends, and her beloved Pomeranian, Harley.
In addition to her parents, and husband, Robin is preceded in death by her sisters, Vicky Wetzel, and Shelly Biser, and brother-in-law, David Wetzel.
We know you are in heaven, protecting our every move.
We love and miss you so much, mom.
Rest in peace to our sweet, beautiful, and loving mother.
And as we yearn for one last hug, we pray you save a million more for the day we meet again!
Love you Mom!
Robin was laid to rest on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Mt. Bethel UMC, Foxville, MD, officiated by pastor, Virgil Cain.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date by the family.
