Rebecca Ann (Clark) "Becky" Anderson

Rebecca Ann “Becky” Anderson, 62, of Edgemont, MD, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Chambersburg Hospital. Born January 5, 1958 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Gerald and Peggy (Stump) Clark of Hagerstown. She was a graduate of Boonsboro High School class of 1976. She retired from the Washington County Board of Education as Cafeteria Manager of Smithsburg High School serving over 25 years with the school board. Becky enjoyed the outdoors. She loved nature and had a passion for doing crafts. In addition to her parents, she is survived by “Her Man”, companion of 28 years, Tom Miller, brothers, Dennis Clark and wife Kim and Charles Clark and wife Dawn, step-daughter, Sam Miller Valentine and companion Eddie Wiles, Step-grandchildren, Nick, Samantha, Savannah and Bubba and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her only son, Christopher “Seth” Anderson. A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 7:00pm at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg, MD, with Pastor Julie Brigham officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-7pm before the service.
