Ricky Layne Wolfe

Ricky Layne Wolfe, 63, of Smithsburg, MD, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023, at Doey's House, Hagerstown, MD.

Born February 15, 1960, in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of Jack Wolfe, and the late Jane Pryor.

Ricky attended Middletown Highschool, and was a member of the South Mountain Rod and Gun Club of Smithsburg, MD, and Owl's Club of Waynesboro, PA.

Ricky was a lifelong Mason by trade.

In addition to his father, Ricky is survived by his brother, Glenn Wolfe, sister, Brenda Wolfe, significant other, Sharon Jackson, niece, Jackie Vega-Wolfe, nephews, Noah Coleman, Jessie Wolfe, and Justin Blair, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.

In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his sister, Penny Wolfe Smetana.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 11:00 am at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD, 21783, family will be receiving friends one-hour prior to service, with graveside to follow at Grossnickle Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Myersville, MD.
