Ronald Eugene Cave

Ronald Eugene Cave, 73, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Friday, September 8th, 2023, at Doey's House in Hagerstown, MD.

Born December 11, 1949, in Washington County, MD, he was the son of the late Roy Lester Cave and Beverly (Long) Logsdon.

He was skilled in plumbing, heating, air conditioning and general maintenance of commercial / residential properties and was employed as a property manager for many years. Ronnie also enjoyed working as a property manager for Cortland Manor for several years prior to his passing. He was a hard working man that supported his family his entire life. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and neighbors.

Ronnie is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Trisha (Gabe) Cave; a sister, Nina Montgomery; three sons, Wayne Myers, Steven Myers and Jason Cave; three daughters, Jamie Berger, Angie Miller and Ronda Rice; eight grandchildren, Corey Mowen, Jordan Miller, Connor Miller, Devin Miller, Brandon Myers, Dusten Myers, Jennifer Cave and Bradon Cave; five great-grandchildren, Khloe Myers, Karleigh Myers, Ivy Myers, Shane Mowen, Atley Mowen; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Roy Lee Cave and two sisters, Linda Hess and Donna Oldham.

The family will be holding a celebration of life at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Avenue, Smithsburg, MD on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 6 to 8 pm. All are welcome to attend.
