Steven Allen Arnsparger

Steve Allen Arnsparger, 69, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2026 at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown, MD, surrounded by loving family.

Born on September 19, 1956 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Anna Belle (Wolford) Arnsparger and Charles O. Arnsparger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving Wife, Barbara (Commer) Arnsparger and Sister, Patricia Long.

Steve worked as a truck driver for Hagerstown Block Co. until his retirement after 30 years of service.

Steve was a 17 year member of the Williamsport Moose FC Lodge #2462, until his illness made him unable to visit.

Steve was an avid Harley-Davidson rider, enjoyed fishing, going to flea markets, and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his Son, Shane Arnsparger and wife, Amy, of Falling Waters, WV; Grandson, Tre Arnsparger; Step-Granddaughter, Elizabeth Myers; Great Grandchild, Atlas Smith; Sisters, Shirley Craighead, Ruth Hammond (Leon), Debra Palmer (James); Brothers, Charles Arnsparger, Jr. (Celia), Russell Arnsparger (Darlene); numerous Nieces and Nephews; and Friend, Jackie Stover.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
