TERRY LEWIS Obituary


On Sunday, January 8, 2023, after a battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis, he lost his battle, surrounded by his family. 
Born on September 7, 1938. He was the son of the Late Pearl E. Paden. 
He served in the United States Air Force.  After being discharged from the service, he went to work for Doubleday Publishing. He worked for Teledyne Landis Machine Co, Fairchild, and for various businesses in their shipping & receiving. 
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Patricia A. Lewis.  His 4 children...daughter Judith A Alexander, son Brian L Lewis (Mindy), daughter Kathy L Eichelberger and daughter Jennifer E Lewis. His sister, Judith Wilhide (Robert), brother-in-law, Roy Brown, 8 grandchildren, 7 Great-Grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and longtime family friends. 
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Patricia Brown and Rebecca Hebb, a daughter-in-law Brigitte Lewis, a son-in-law Keith Alexander and several aunts, uncles and cousins. 
In his younger days, he enjoyed hanging out with his Uncle Alvin and playing baseball.  He was an avid Orioles, Colts & Ravens fan.  He enjoyed spending as much time as he could with his family.  He loved to travel with friends & family.   
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at the Church of the Nazarene, 141 N. Edgewood Dr, Hagerstown, MD at 2:00pm. 
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Terry to Holly Place, 268 S Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
