TIMOTHY DENNIS BARNHART

Timothy Dennis Barnhart, 60, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023, at Doey’s House, in Hagerstown, MD.

Born, March 11, 1963, he was the son of the late Linda Snyder Barnhart.

He recently retired from UPS-FREIGHT after 35 years of service.

He loved to ride his motorcycle.

He graduated from Smithsburg High School in 1981. One of his best memories was winning the Smithsburg High School football state championship of 1979.

Tim loved his family, and they all loved him. He was the best dad and husband, with the best sense of humor.  He loved his 4 dogs, Molly, Petey, Sissy and Rudy, so much.  They made him so happy.

In addition to his mother, Timothy is preceded in death by his infant son, Zachary Barnhart, maternal grandparents, Richard and Ethel Snyder, paternal grandparents Roy and Dorothy Barnhart, and aunt, Susan Snyder (who loved him dearly).

Timothy is survived by his wife, Dana Barnhart, daughter, Brier Barnhart of Waynesboro, son Jordy Barnhart of Waynesboro, daughter Savannah Barnhart of Greencastle, step daughter, Letizia Turner, step sons, Nico SchianoDicola and Ciro SchianoDicola, sister, Tammie Barnhart Ford of Sharpsburg, brother, Tom Barnhart (Lacy) of Smithsburg, aunt, Sharon Eichelberger, uncle, Richard Snyder, uncle, Michael Snyder, step grandchildren, Cash Turner, Sophia Turner, Jayden SchianoDicola, Dominic SchianoDicola and Ava Roberts, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be on Friday, November 3, 2023, from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at the Grille at Runways, in their private banquet room, located in the Rider Jet Center, 18421 Henson Blvd Hagerstown, MD.
