Tammy Lee (Puttkammer) Smith

Tammy Lee (Puttkammer) Smith, 56, of Cascade, Maryland, passed away on Monday October 27, 2025.

Born on September 2, 1969 in Frederick, MD, she is the daughter of William and Lucille Puttkammer.

Tammy was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend who loved her family above all else. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Felicia Bart, and her husband Don Bart, along with their children Chase, Charleigh, and Avery; her son, Justin Smith; and her two brothers Joe and John, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service to celebrate Tammy’s life will be held at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave. Smithsburg, MD 21783, on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to the service.
