On Tuesday, January 27, 2026, THOMAS WAYNE MOORE, a resident of Smithsburg, MD for the last 20 years. (formally of Damascus, MD.) Loving husband of Andrea Moore for 41 years together, married for 37 years; devoted father of David R. Moore(wife, Jennifer Moore), Jessie E. Moore(partner Anthony Twine), and Kelly Joe Moore(wife, Tabatha Moore), Grandpy to all these grandkids, Emma Moore, Andre Moore, Chayann Moore, Brianna Twine, Anthony Twine Jr, Destany Twine, Elijah Twine, Isaiah Twine,  Hazley Moore, Layla Biscoe, Seth Hugi, and Calista Moore. Brother to Sandy Mull(husband, David Mull), Uncle to Christopher Mull and Katrina Mull, also Uncle to Christin Bloom, and brother-in-law to Lewis(partner,Ginny) and Philip Bloom(partner, Ursula)

He was an extraordinary human being, he was loving, kind, honest, and trustworthy. He gave everyone a chance and made me a better person. 

There will be a memorial service in the spring, I will post when for everyone who loved and cared about Thomas. Thank you for everyone's kindnesses for me.
