His life was a living example of character, loyalty, honesty, and integrity. He reminded his loved ones daily of what our responsibility is to our family, friends, and country. He was a pillar in our mountain community. Billy is survived by his sister Shari Wolfe Knott and husband Doug of Wolfsville.
