William Jonas Waters, Jr.

William Jonas (“WJ”, “Bill”, “Da”) Waters, Jr. peacefully went to heaven on Sunday, April 5, 2020 succumbing to the distresses of dementia. His life will be remembered for his impact on people near to him. As a teacher, Christian, advice giver, provider, social enthusiast, friend, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and husband, he touched many people over his 84 years of life. He is survived by his wife, Joan, of 61 years, children, Gary Waters and wife Debbie, Karen Jones and husband Dave, and Kathy Pitsnogle and husband Steve, 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
